Terms of Service
Terms that apply when you browse this site, create an account, request a quote, or subscribe to SOCGuard monitoring. Last updated: 6 August 2026.
Agreement
By creating an account, submitting payment, or using SOCGuard services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services
SOCGuard provides managed security monitoring and related SOC services as described on our pricing and product pages for the edition you select (for example Managed Protection, MDR, MPR, or Managed SOC). Features, SLAs, and inclusions vary by edition and are summarised on the site at the time of purchase.
We may update tooling, detection content, and operational playbooks to maintain service quality. Material reductions to contracted inclusions will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. Services are intended for business customers, not personal consumer use.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Published prices are monthly per endpoint (or as otherwise stated) in THB, SGD, or USD depending on region, subject to applicable VAT/GST. Checkout charges annually in advance via Stripe or other methods we enable; monthly figures are reference rates for comparing editions.
Minimum endpoint counts, volume discounts, and taxes shown at checkout form part of your order. Fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Failed payments, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of monitoring after notice.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide timely access, agents, connectors, and escalation contacts needed to onboard and operate the service.
- Maintain your own IT administration, patching, backups, and user management. SOC monitoring complements but does not replace these duties.
- Ensure your use of the service and any telemetry you send to us complies with applicable law, including PDPA and employment notice obligations.
- Not misuse the service (including probing, abusing, or attempting to disrupt SOCGuard systems).
Service levels and no absolute guarantee
Where an edition includes response-time or monitoring commitments, those apply as stated for that edition. Cybersecurity is risk reduction, not elimination: we do not guarantee that all threats will be detected or prevented, or that incidents will not occur.
Add-ons and custom work
Optional add-ons (for example extra assessments or specialised response) may require a separate quote and are not always available via self-serve checkout. Sales-assisted items are confirmed in writing before they become part of your order.
Intellectual property
SOCGuard retains ownership of our software, playbooks, branding, and website content. You retain ownership of your data and systems. You grant us a limited licence to process your telemetry and account data solely to provide the service.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s non-public business and security information with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
Suspension and termination
You may cancel according to the billing controls available in your account or by contacting us; prepaid periods generally run to the end of the paid term unless otherwise agreed. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, misuse, or legal risk, after reasonable notice where practicable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOCGuard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the services for any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us for the affected service in that period, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including for fraud or wilful misconduct).
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify SOCGuard against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your failure to obtain required notices/consents for telemetry, or your violation of law or these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent venue. Mandatory consumer or local protections that cannot be waived still apply where they must.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where notice or consent is required by law for material changes to existing paid subscriptions.
